Have a free afternoon? – Treat yourself to a nice museum…
I’m a well known Museum Freak -
I was once a week in Paris, and went to 2 Museums a day (some, more than once).
I know it sounds cliché -
But, I really think a good museum is one of the best ways to kill a free afternoon.
My friend Isra-Girl is going to New York soon -
She ask me for Recommendations about good Museums in the Big Apple.
I told her my Favorite Museum in the US is the MOMA in New York, But that she also have to visit the Guggenheim and Met ( Metropolitan Museum of Art ).
In the MOMA now a days, there is an Exhibition of “Projects 87″ by Sigalit Landau ( an Israeli artist ). I saw some of her works when she Exhibited them in Israel and quite liked them. I recommend you should sea it – and also, when you’re there – pay attention to Warhol ( The man was a Genius ).

After I told her about those 3 great Museums in NYC – I started naming more and more good ones (not only in New York, but all over the states. It became an obsession (like everything els), and I found myself listing all of which I think are worth while – and there are so many good Museums in the states – It’s unbelievable…
I gathered all the information from the Internet – and came with the following list :
Museums are Cultural Experiences -
But – Burning Man Festival is Lots of FUN !!!

You missed one of the most highly regarded and fabulous museums in the world….THE CLEVELAND MUSEUM OF ART. That magnificent and beautiful structure, its amazing collection along with the outstanding setting always make it on top of museum listings.
Cleveland, Ohio is among the world’s best cities in the arts, period…..note also the virtuoso symphony, THE CLEVELAND ORCHESTRA.
Cleveland is certainly America’s great cities secret that needs abundantly more recognition.
Point taken…
THE CLEVELAND MUSEUM OF ART is also one of the best – thanks…
